
Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of State for Family and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah, highlighted the strong fraternal ties between Kuwait and Turkey, lauding Ankara’s pioneering efforts to foster global dialogue on family-related matters.
Her remarks came in a press release issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs on Friday, following her participation in an official dinner hosted by Turkish First Lady Emine Erdoğan.
The dinner was held in honor of the international delegations attending the World Family Forum in Istanbul.
The statement emphasized that the First Lady’s gracious invitation reflects the high value placed on the family institution and the importance of enhancing international collaboration in shaping effective social and family policies.
Dr. Al-Huwailah noted that the event brought together prominent officials and delegates from around the world, where discussions focused on the shared challenges facing families and the need for joint efforts to strengthen their role in promoting societal stability and sustainable development.
