U.S. President Donald Trump is set to embark on a three-nation tour of the Middle East next month, White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt announced Tuesday. The trip, scheduled for May 13 to 16, will include visits to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
It marks Trump’s second international visit since returning to office, following his upcoming appearance at Pope Francis’s funeral at the Vatican this Saturday, according to Al-Qabas daily.
Leavitt shared the travel details during a press briefing but did not provide further information about the agenda or meetings planned during the tour.
