Kuwait public prosecution refers IRGC members to court for trial

Kuwait Public Prosecution referred suspects belonging to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to court to stand trial.
The public prosecution, in a statement, said the IRGC members were arrested after infiltrating into the State of Kuwait’s territories and sneaking into a restricted military area, and they were spotted by armed forces assigned with protection of this area.
IT said the armed forces arrested them inside the military area. “The sovereignty of the state, safety and security of its territories are solid foundations of the constitution and law, which should not be tolerated or undermined, and the constitution and law stipulate their protection,” it said. – Kuna
