The foundation stated in a press release that Science Month in Kuwait includes a series of events designed to spark interest in science, enhance scientific knowledge, and encourage participation across various fields of science and technology to make science engaging and inspiring for all ages.

It added that through these events, Science Month also aims to foster a passion for science, strengthen a culture of scientific research, encourage continuous learning, and capture community interest by highlighting scientific discoveries and innovations.

It explained that Kuwait Science Month further seeks to raise awareness of the impact of science and technology on daily life, encourage young people to consider careers in science, technology, and engineering, and support public understanding of key scientific issues shaping our world.

The foundation pointed out that by offering hands-on experiences and interactive exhibitions, the science festivals aim to make learning enjoyable, simplify complex topics, and bridge the gap between scientists and the public, ultimately fostering a more knowledgeable and science-aware society.

It also noted that this year’s main theme is “From Space to Earth: Pioneering Environmental Solutions Using Space Technology.” The foundation emphasized that space technology plays a vital role in addressing environmental challenges on Earth, with this theme focused on exploring its peaceful applications.
