Vietnamese embassy receives mourners for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong
A number of ambassadors accredited to Kuwait and public figures offered their condolences to H.E. Nguyen Duc Thang Ambassador to the country, on the second and final day.
On the second and final day of the opening of the condolence book, the Vietnamese embassy received mourners for H.E Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Vietnamese Communist Party, who passed away at 80.
Sameeh Johar Hayat, the Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs, extended his condolences to H.E. Nguyen Duc Thang, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Kuwait on Thursday morning
Indian ambassador H E Dr. Adarsh Swaika, in his condolence message wrote “I convey my deeepest condolences on the sad demise of H.E Nguyen Phu Trong. His contribution to the strengthening of India-Vietnam comprehensive strategic partnership is well-acknowledged. The Government and people of India stand in grief with the Government and people of Vietnam in this difficult time.
Pointing out that the relations between the two countries are distinguished, this confirms that we share this great tragedy with them.
