2,090 students enrolled in seven new schools in Al-Mutlaa area

The seven schools in the Al-Mutlaa residential area accommodate 240 students in kindergarten, 1,500 in elementary, 1,200 in middle school, and 1,200 in high school.
Initial figures from the Ministry of Education show that the Jahra Educational District has enrolled 2,090 students across seven new schools in the Al-Mutlaa residential area. This includes 49 in kindergarten, 744 in two elementary schools (372 boys and 372 girls), 794 in two intermediate schools (433 boys and 361 girls), and 503 in two secondary schools (238 boys and 265 girls), according to Al Rai newspaper.
While the capacity of the seven schools is about 4,440 students, including 240 in kindergarten, 1,500 in elementary school (750 boys and 750 girls), 1,200 in middle schools (600 boys and 600 girls), and 1,200 in high schools, the Jahra Educational District confirmed that transfer and registration requests for students are still being accepted at the seven schools.
Basic services being provided include air conditioning, water supply, cleaning staff, school and office furniture, technology and photocopying machines, school clinics, and Internet access.
