Update residential addresses within 30 days or pay 100 dinars fine: PACI

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced that the names of 471 individuals have been removed from its residential records — either based on homeowners’ declarations or due to building demolitions.

PACI has called on these individuals to update their residential addresses within 30 days starting from today, Sunday, the date of the announcement of the publication in the official gazette Kuwait Alyawm.

Affected individuals must either visit the authority in person or complete the update through the “Sahel” app, provided they submit the required documents, reports Al-Rai daily.

Failure to comply within the specified period will result in penalties under Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982, which stipulates a fine of up to KD 100 per person.
