State Security Court reviews 15 social media cases against tweeters

The State Security and Terrorism Crimes Department, chaired by Counselor Nasser Al-Badr and comprising Judges Omar Al-Mulaifi, Abdullah Al-Faleh, and Salem Al-Zayed, is currently reviewing 15 newly-filed state security cases involving social media users.
The cases, which relate to content posted by individuals on social media platforms, fall under the jurisdiction of state security and terrorism-related offenses, and are being examined as part of ongoing legal procedures.
Judicial authorities are expected to continue reviewing the files in accordance with established legal frameworks governing state security cases and cyber-related offenses.
