Power outage hits Hawalli and Al-Shaab regions
Three sub-feeders disconnected from Hawally C substation caused regional outages; emergency teams are on-site for swift restoration.
On Sunday, the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy announced the disconnection of three sub-feeders from the main Hawally C substation, according to Al Qabas newspaper.
The ministry stated that the disconnection of feeders resulted in a power outage affecting parts of the Hawalli and Al-Shaab regions. They mentioned that emergency teams were on-site to implement necessary measures and restore electricity promptly.
