PACI removes addresses of 425 people, gives 30 days to update records
Kuwait’s Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has removed the registered residential addresses of 425 individuals from its records following declarations by property owners or the demolition of buildings where the addresses had been registered.
In a notice published Sunday in the official gazette Kuwait Alyaum, PACI instructed the affected individuals to update their residential addresses within 30 days from the date of publication.
The authority said residents can register or update their addresses through the unified government services app Sahel, after submitting the required supporting documents.
PACI warned that failure to update the residential address within the specified period could lead to penalties under Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982.
Violators may face a fine of up to 100 dinars, with the penalty increasing according to the number of individuals involved, the authority said.
PACI urged those affected to complete the address update process promptly to avoid legal consequences.
