Kuwait Cricket is celebrating November 6 as special day in the history of the sport, and a proud moment for KVCC. A World Record was set by Mohammed Khalid Star X1 player scoring a mammoth 293 runs with 17 4s and 33 6s in just 87 balls.

This has never ever been recorded by any player in the world in any T20 match. The Match was played last Friday between Satar XI & KVE. Batting first star XI scored 356 for 4, Khalid Butt scored 293 (2 overs with 6 sixes every over) This was Khalid’s 3rd double century. In reply, KVE could score 194 for 9 in 20 overs.

KVCC On behalf of all the participating teams will felicitate this very rare occasion by giving a special Prize for Mr Khalid during the prize distribution day…

Thanks Khalid for being such a wonderful player in the field and keep the flag of KUWAIT flying high and best of luck in your future matches.
