The number of deaths due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) went up in the UK in the last 24 hours, to 12,107 with 778 cases reported Tuesday.
A statement by the British health authorities revealed that 5,252 infections were reported, bringing the total number to 93,873.
British budget authorities warned off a 35 percent shrink in the economy as a direct result of the coronavirus spread. unemployment is also forecasted to go up by 3.9 to 10 percent.
