On the important occasion of the 62nd anniversary of National Day and the 32nd anniversary of Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait, let me convey a warm congratulatory message to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, to His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, and to the government and people of Kuwait. I also want to express my appreciation for the highly valuable collaboration between both our friendly nations under the auspices of His Highness, a close relationship which shall continue strengthening in the future for the benefit of both societies.
