On the joyous occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the National Day and the 32nd anniversary of the Liberation Day of Kuwait, and on behalf of His Majesty King Mswati III, the Queen Mother and the people of the Kingdom of Eswatini, I have the honour to extend our sincere congratulations and warmest wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince and Deputy Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister, the Government and the people of the State of Kuwait.
