On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Korea as well as the Embassy and Korean community in Kuwait, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations and warmest wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and to the government and people of Kuwait on the auspicious occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the Independence Day and 32nd anniversary of the Liberation Day.
I am delighted to note that the friendly ties and close cooperation between our two countries have continuously developed over the past decades. I am confident that such a good relationship will continue to grow to new heights in the years to come. The Republic of Korea has been proud to be a member of the international coalition forces that liberated Kuwait in 1991.
