Saudi Arabia reported 3,123 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 167,267, the Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday (June 24).

Meanwhile, the ministry reported 2,912 recoveries today, with total recoveries in the kingdom at 112,797. With 1,387 in intensive care units.

The ministry also confirmed 41 deaths, taking the toll of the dead in the Kingdom to 1,387.

Qatar confirms 5 deaths, 1,199 new COVID-19 cases

Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health on Wednesday confirmed that five more fatalities and 1, 1,199 new coronavirus cases.

This brings the death toll to 104, while the country’s overall infections have shoot up to 90,778.

According to the ministry’s daily update, 1,582 patients have made full recovery, taking the total number of confirmed recoveries to 73,083.

There are 17,591 active cases, including 1,068 critical and 219 seriously ill patients under intensive care, while the remaining cases are stable receiving medication at various medical facilities in the country.

During the past 24 hours, 4,231 people have tested for the COVID-19 virus, pushing the total number of tests conducted across the country to 333,172
