Saudi Arabia on Monday reported 6 new coronavirus deaths and 1,122 infections, noting that the rise in the cases numbers in the past few days is due to the active testing operations.

In its daily briefing, the Health Ministry official spokesperson, Dr. Mohammad Al-Abdulali, said that the death toll from the virus has risen to 103, while the number of infections climbed to 10,484.

He noted that the total number of recoveries have reached 1400 after confirming 92 new cases today.

The UAE reported on Monday two coronavirus (COVID-19) deaths, and the number of infections up 484 cases, including the recovery of 74 patients.

Emirati Health authorities said in a press briefing, that the total number of fatalities jumped to 43, and the total infections reached 7,265 cases.
