Saudi Arabia announced on Friday 51 more deaths from Coronavirus (COVID-19) and 3,159 new confirmed cases.
The Health Ministry’s daily report revealed that the total deaths reached 2,151 from COVID-19, with 226,486 confirmed cases.
It added that 1,930 cases were cured, bringing the total recovered cases to 163,026.
UAE confirms 473 new coronavirus cases, total at 54,050
The UAE announced on Friday 473 new confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total to 54,050 cases.
The UAE Ministry of Health said in a press statement that 399 cases were cured, bringing the total number of recoveries from the virus to 43,969.
Two new deaths were recorded due to the illness, bringing the death toll to 330, the statement added.
It noted that 49,000 tests have been conducted for different groups and citizens and residents via sophisticated medical examination techniques.
