Saudi Ministry of Health on Monday confirmed 39 deaths and 4,507 cases of COVID-19.

The latest figures bring the Kingdom’s total number of fatalities and infections with the deadly virus to 1,011 and 132,048 respectively, the ministry said in a press statement.

A total of 3,170 more patients were cured of the respiratory illness over the past 24 hours, raising the overall count of recoveries to 87,890, it added.

Qatar reports 3 deaths, 1,274 COVID-19 cases Monday

The Qatari Ministry of Health announced Monday three deaths and 1,274 infections of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

This brings the Arabian Gulf country’s total number of confirmed infections to 80,876, and deaths to 76, the ministry said in a press statement.

In addition, 1,783 more people were cured, taking the overall count of recoveries to 58,681 since the outbreak of the virus, according to the statement.
