Saudi Arabia reported 2,852 new coronavirus cases on Monday, with the detection of 2,704 new infections, bringing the total number of infections in the Kingdom to 235,111.

The Health Ministry also announced 20 deaths, taking the death toll to 2,243.

Dr. Mohammad Al Abdul Ali, the Health Ministry’s spokesperson, said that 2,704 COVID-19 patients have fully recovered, taking the total number of recovered cases in the Kingdom to 169,842.

There are 63,026 active cases, including 2,243 critically ill patients who are under intensive care.
