The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) took lives of 42 people and infected 2,671 others in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the past hours, the local ministry of health reported on Wednesday.
It said the total count of deaths due to the contamination with the virus reached 2,325 in addition to a total of 240,474 infection cases.
The whole number of recovery cases climbed to 183,048 after registering 5,488 new recuperation cases.
