On behalf of the Government and People of Romania, of the Romanian Embassy in Kuwait, and on my behalf, I have the honor to convey to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, the Government and all the friendly people of Kuwait our best wishes of health, prosperity, and peace on the anniversary of the National Day and the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.
On this glorious occasion, I would like to stress Romania’s desire to continue to strengthen the bilateral cooperation between our countries in all areas. In 2023 we are also marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, based on mutual respect and deep understanding of international values and principles. Romania and Kuwait enjoy strong and long-standing ties of friendship and cooperation, being committed to the preservation of international law principles and the promotion of global peace, stability and solidarity. I would also like to express my gratitude to the leadership of the State of Kuwait for their support and cooperation with the Romanian Embassy ever since my arrival here less than two years ago, as well as for their friendship shown to the small Romanian community living in this great country.
Once again, on this special occasion, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to all the people of Kuwait for a wonderful celebration.
