National Cybersecurity Center to launch ‘Kuwait 2024 Hackathon’
The competition scheduled for November 30 aims to foster innovation among Kuwaiti youth and develop their skills to shape the future of cybersecurity in Kuwait.
The National Cybersecurity Center, in collaboration with CODD and under the patronage of Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, has announced the launch of the Kuwait 2024 Hackathon competition, according to Al Rai newspaper.
The Government Communication Center stated that the competition aims to foster a spirit of innovation among Kuwaiti youth while developing their skills to shape the future of cybersecurity in Kuwait.
It highlighted the schedule, including a training camp from October 27 to November 14, workshops with international specialists from November 17 to 20, and an informational meeting on November 28, with the competition set for November 30.
