Kuwait’s Foreign Minister heads to Lebanon on Friday
Abdullah Al-Yahya will meet with newly elected President Joseph Aoun to offer congratulations and discuss Lebanon’s latest developments, focusing on ways to support the country’s progress.

• Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya noted that the visit to Lebanon is part of Kuwait’s presidency of the 45th session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya announced his upcoming visit to Beirut next Friday, where he will meet with newly elected Lebanese President Joseph Aoun to offer congratulations, as reported by Al Rai newspaper.
During the visit, Al-Yahya is expected to engage in discussions with senior Lebanese officials on the latest developments in Lebanon and explore ways to support the country’s progress along its new path.
He noted that the visit is part of Kuwait’s presidency of the 45th session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
