Kuwait University allows remote learning for evening classes during Ramadan

The Kuwait University mandates in-person learning for all courses but allows evening classes (5-7 PM) to shift online during Ramadan with departmental and administrative approval.

The Kuwait University Council has approved a decision confirming that all undergraduate and graduate courses will be conducted in person, in accordance with the course system regulations.

However, during the holy month of Ramadan, classes scheduled between 5:00 to 7:00 PM, or part of that period, may be conducted through distance learning.

This arrangement is subject to the request of the course professor and requires approval from the respective academic department and college dean, in coordination with the Dean of Admission and Registration.

Additionally, the Rector is authorized to approve the decisions of individual colleges based on what they deem most suitable for their courses during the specified period.
