
Kuwait’s Meteorological Department forecast dusty conditions and hot to very hot weather during the weekend.
Acting Director Dhirar Al-Ali told KUNA northwesterly winds are expected at light to moderate speeds, becoming active at times and raising dust over open areas.
Daytime temperatures on Thursday and Friday are expected between 44 and 46 degrees Celsius, with nighttime lows ranging from 33 to 35 degrees.
Sea conditions will be slight to moderate, with waves reaching up to six feet. On Saturday, temperatures are forecast to rise to between 45 and 47 degrees Celsius, with moderate to fresh northwesterly winds reaching 50 km per hour, causing blowing dust. Nighttime temperatures will range between 32 and 34 degrees.
