KPC awards 7.7 million dinars tenders for KOC operations

The Supreme Procurement Committee at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiaries has approved the awarding of several tenders aimed to enhance medical services and meeting maintenance and technical requirements at Kuwait Oil Company, worth 7.7 million dinars.

According to bid opening and price disclosure results, the committee approved a tender worth €1.5 million, approximately 530,000 dinars, for the supply of spare parts for pumps, turbines, and compressors.

Additional tenders include 217,400 dinars for pump spare parts and 174,400 dinars for components related to a recycled water centrifugal pump, reports Al-Rai daily.

In the healthcare segment, the committee approved a major contract to supply a specialized glucose monitoring system along with its consumables for a four-year period, valued at 4.9 million dinars.

Another tender was awarded for the supply of dental implant instruments and kits, also spanning four years, at a cost of 1.9 million dinars.

The committee concluded its meeting by referring all awarded bids to the relevant technical working group for detailed evaluation and study, as part of the process to finalize contract awards in accordance with established procedures at the corporation.
