IAK Women’s Forum reveals dynamic executive committee
The Women’s Forum was established to harness the leadership, organizational, and artistic abilities of women for the betterment of society.

The Idukki Association Kuwait (IAK) Women’s Forum has unveiled its executive committee for 2024–2025. Mrs. Raji Mathew Shaji leads as Chairperson, alongside members Mrs. Lancy Babu, Mrs. Joice Jiji, Mrs. AncyChacko, Mrs. Anit Xavier, Mrs. Bini Joseph, Mrs. Shiji P. Chacko, Mrs. Elizabeth Siljo, Mrs. Smitha Baby, Mrs. Biji Benny, Mrs. Anisa Jinto, Mrs. Manu Baiju, Mrs. Ambily Paul, Mrs. Vineetha Ouseppachan, Mrs. SheejaShyju, and Mrs. Smitha Binoj.
“The Women’s Forum plays a leadership role in empowering, validating, educating, and including all women from the Idukki area,” said Chairperson Mrs. RajiMathew Shaji. They discussed challenges, clarified problems, and acknowledged achievements. The chairperson of the IAK Women’s Forum expressed her admiration and enthusiasm for the position.
The Women’s Forum was established to harness the leadership, organizational, and artistic abilities of women for the betterment of society. It focuses on identifying and appreciating women who address community issues. The forum organizes seminars and discussions on various topics such as nature, healing, digital literacy, leadership, food safety, education, and career guidance.
Additionally, the Women’s Forum has created a Children’s Forum to empower and unite the voices of young people, encouraging them to collaborate with their communities.
The leaders of the Children’s Forum are Ashita Mary Binoj (Main Convenor), and Devika Nadeparambil Shiju, Ron Emmanuel Shaji, and Deepandev NadeparambilShiju (Joint Convenors).
