FAIPS-KG celebrates the spirit of being human

Fahaheel Al-Watanieh Indian Private School (FAIPS-DPS), Kuwait, joyfully held its UKG Graduation Ceremony for the academic year 2024–25 on April 16 and 17, 2025. Celebrated under the theme “Being Human: Celebrating the Best in Me,” the event highlighted core values like kindness, courage, and empathy.
The ceremony featured the recitation of the Holy Quran, the Kuwait National Anthem, and a traditional lamp-lighting ritual.
Principal Mr. Ravi Ayanoli welcomed guests and emphasized the vital role of parent-teacher collaboration in nurturing well-rounded, emotionally intelligent children. Distinguished guests graced the occasion on both days:
April 16:
- Chief Guest: Mr. Jafar Behbehani, Entrepreneur and Business Owner (Al Sallal International Group and Tristar Motorcycle Establishment)
- Guest of Honor: Ms. Fetouh Al Dalali, Founding Member, LOYAC
April 17:
- Chief Guest: Ms. Ghada Hatim Altahir, United Nations Resident Coordinator to Kuwait
- Guest of Honor: Dr. Rajendra C. Mishra, Consultant Pediatrician and Neonatologist, Royale Hayat Hospital
- Special Guest: Ms. Maha Ali, First Student Affairs Supervisor, Ministry of Education
The cultural program was a colorful celebration of creativity, dedication, and talent, with months of preparation culminating in a delightful series of performances by the graduating students.
The event opened with a heartfelt Welcome Song, where children expressed gratitude to parents and teachers, beautifully reflecting the “Being Human” theme.
This was followed by a captivating dance titled “The Land of Arabia,” showcasing cultural grace and rhythm.
The English Dance Troupe then lit up the stage, embodying iconic performers with vibrant costumes and sparkling pom-poms. A touching highlight was the dance-drama “Raise Me Up,” which portrayed the profound love between parent and child, resonating deeply with the audience.
Energy soared with a lively Bollywood Medley, and the grand finale featured the KG Theatre Group’s enchanting portrayal of Pinocchio, winning hearts with expressive performances and stage confidence.
The ceremony concluded with the dignified Graduation March, where the little graduates, dressed in caps and gowns, received their scrolls — a proud and symbolic milestone marking the end of their kindergarten journey.
