Expatriate bootlegger caught in Fahaheel

Security forces in Fahaheel have arrested an unidentified expatriate for trafficking in locally manufactured booze.

The Al-Anba daily said the suspect was caught with liquor bottles in bag while walking along a road. After the bootlegger was arrested, he guided police to his residence and police found 28 bottles of booze intended for sale.

The security source confirmed the arrest and the confiscation of the illicit goods as part of efforts to combat illegal activities in the region.
