‘Education’ opens one-month window to update qualifications online for staff

The Ministry of Education has launched the “My Academic Certificate” electronic service on its official website, enabling employees to update their academic qualification data as part of efforts to streamline procedures and enhance administrative efficiency.

The ministry called on teaching and administrative staff, as well as employees in the central office and educational districts, to update their academic records through the online platform, emphasizing that there is no need to visit administrative affairs departments, as all procedures can be completed electronically.\

The service will be available for one month, from April 14 to May 14, 2026, in line with the requirements of the Certificates Examination Committee and to facilitate employee processes, reports Al-Rai daily.

The ministry explained that the platform offers two options: the first for employees who have not previously uploaded their certificates, requiring them to enter their data, upload documents, and confirm their accuracy; and the second for those who have already submitted their certificates, allowing them to review, confirm, or re-upload their documents if necessary.

The Ministry stressed that this initiative is part of its broader digital transformation strategy aimed at simplifying procedures, improving data accuracy, and enhancing workflow efficiency, urging all employees to complete the update within the specified timeframe to avoid any disruption to administrative processes or job-related benefits.
