“Education” and “Health” ministries coordinate to reopen “Dental Clinics” in schools

Sources from the Education Department revealed to The Times Kuwait, about the trend in re-working of dental clinics for school students, explaining that the Ministry of Education, has received initial approval from the Ministry of Health, in providing the necessary requirements for the smoother operations of dental clinics in schools.

Furthermore, the sources said that the Ministry of Education is in the process of equipping schools with dental clinics, along with facilities for their maintenance and operations, pointing out that the Ministry of Health will provide the necessary health cadres consisting of doctors and nursing bodies.

The Ministry also explained that the operating mechanism and the number of days will be determined through cooperation between the “Education” and “Health” ministries, along with the “Civil Service Bureau”, probably to begin work by the beginning of the second semester, or latest by early next year.
