Court sentences 6 in secondary test leak case, teacher gets 1 year prison
Kuwait’s Criminal Court sentenced three stateless siblings, a citizen man, a citizen woman, and an Egyptian to 10 years in prison with a 42,000-dinar fine, and a teacher to one year in prison.

The Criminal Court has delivered a decisive verdict in the 2024 general secondary school exam leak case, sentencing three brothers without citizenship, a Kuwaiti citizen, and an Egyptian to 10 years of imprisonment with hard labor, along with a fine of 42,000 Kuwaiti dinars.
Additionally, a teacher implicated in the scandal received a one-year prison sentence for leaking test answers to the defendants, who then charged students 50 dinars each, amassing a total of 42,000 dinars.
