Civil aviation chief chairs meeting on Hajj arrangements at Kuwait airport
Director General of Kuwait’s Public Authority of Civil Aviation Sheikh Humoud Mubarak Al-Humoud Al-Sabah chaired a coordination meeting with Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs Dr. Suleiman Al-Suwailim to discuss preparations for the Hajj plan.
In a statement on Monday, the authority said that the meeting reviewed mechanisms for facilitating departure and arrival procedures for pilgrims and enhancing coordination among relevant authorities to ensure smooth operations during the Hajj season.
The discussions also covered ways to further develop services provided to pilgrims and raise operational and organizational readiness at Kuwait International Airport to ensure the highest levels of comfort and organization.
Participants stressed the importance of continued joint coordination among all concerned entities to guarantee the best possible services for pilgrims during the Hajj season. – Kuna
