Kuwait condemns latest Iranian strike on power and water facility

The State of Kuwait has strongly condemned what it described as a “heinous Iranian aggression” targeting its territory, after another power and water desalination facility was struck in the latest attack.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kuwait said the repeated targeting of vital infrastructure represents a systematic assault on civilian facilities and threatens the lives and safety of residents.
The ministry said the attacks constitute a violation of international law, international humanitarian law, the United Nations Charter and UN Security Council Resolution 2817, holding Iran fully responsible for the consequences of the aggression.
Kuwait called on Iran to immediately halt what it described as hostile actions, warning that continued attacks on essential infrastructure pose a serious threat to regional stability.
