IMA Kuwait launches summer Islamic classes 2026 for children

The Indian Muslim Association (IMA) Kuwait has announced the launch of its Summer Islamic Classes 2026, a structured educational and recreational program aimed at providing children with a meaningful and productive way to spend their summer vacation.

The program is designed for boys and girls aged 4 to 14 years and focuses on strengthening Islamic knowledge, building character, and encouraging creativity through a balanced mix of learning and recreational activities in a safe and supportive environment.

The curriculum includes Qur’an learning and memorization, Seerah (the life of Prophet Muhammad), Aqeedah (Islamic beliefs), Islamic manners and etiquette, Islamic history, daily duas and Sunnah practices, as well as dedicated sessions on character building, leadership development, and personality enhancement.

Children will also participate in workshops, creative arts and crafts, interactive games, sports activities, and team-building exercises.

Organizers said the program aims to combine spiritual enrichment with enjoyable learning experiences, helping children develop discipline, confidence, teamwork skills, and positive moral values while making the most of their summer break.

The classes will run from June 20 to August 15, 2026, on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm at ICSK Junior School in Block 10, Salmiya. Transportation facilities will also be available for participants.

IMA Kuwait stated that the initiative offers children an opportunity to strengthen their connection with the Qur’an, learn essential Islamic teachings in an engaging manner, build good manners, and develop friendships within a positive Islamic environment.
