PACI spending exceeds revenues by 16.71 million dinars in 2025/2026
The Public Authority for Civil Information recorded expenditures of 39 million dinars during fiscal 2025/2026, compared with revenues of 22.29 million dinars, resulting in a deficit of 16.71 million dinars.
This is according to the authority’s final account, approved under Decree Law No. 131 of 2026 and published in the official gazette Kuwait Alyawm.
The shortfall was covered through the budgets of ministries and government departments via the general accounts of the Ministry of Finance.
