Ministry of Health Revokes Licenses of Two Dental Centers Over Serious Violations
Decision follows violations involving illegal leasing of licenses to third parties

Minister of Health Dr. Abdulwahab Al-Awadhi has issued two ministerial decisions revoking the licenses of two dental centers due to serious violations affecting the regulation of the profession and patient safety.
He stressed the continuation of inspection campaigns without leniency.
According to the first decision, the license of a dental center was revoked after it was proven that the facility had been sublet and operated by a third party, in violation of Ministerial Resolution No. 36 of 2024 and the law regulating the practice of the profession.
The second decision revoked the license of a specialized dental center after it was found to have closed and ceased operations for a period exceeding the legally permitted limit without justification.
The Ministry stated that the violations constitute a serious breach of licensing responsibilities.
