Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf said Sunday that Tehran was fully prepared for “all possible scenarios,” including the potential assassination of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
In remarks aired on state television, Qalibaf stressed that Iran had anticipated such developments and made advance preparations, warning that US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had “crossed Iran’s red lines” and will face consequences for their actions, reports Al-Rai daily.
