Joint meeting boosts cooperation between illegal residents authority, PACA and ports security

A joint coordination meeting was held bringing together the Central Agency for Addressing the Status of Illegal Residents, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation, and the Directorate-General of Airport Security and Ports Security, as part of efforts to strengthen institutional cooperation and enhance integration among relevant government bodies.

The Central Agency was represented by its Secretary General, Brigadier General Dr. Sharif Al-Kandari, and the Acting Assistant Secretary General for Technical Affairs and Information, Abdullah Al-Farhan.

The PACA was represented by the Deputy Director General for Kuwait International Airport Affairs, Engineer Saleh Al-Fadaghi, while the General Directorate of Airport Security and Ports Security was represented by its Director General, Brigadier General Bader Al-Shaya.

The meeting focused on reinforcing coordination mechanisms, streamlining regulatory procedures, and developing frameworks for effective information exchange between the concerned entities, reports Al-Rai daily.

Participants reviewed a number of issues of mutual interest and discussed practical ways to enhance joint action in line with the legal and administrative frameworks of the State.

Officials stressed the importance of unified efforts to support national objectives, improve institutional performance, and ensure the smooth implementation of regulations related to airport operations, security procedures and the handling of cases involving illegal residents.

The meeting reflects the ongoing commitment of government agencies to integrated work, strengthened partnerships and unified action in order to serve the public interest and raise the efficiency of state institutions.
