Authorities begin issuing warnings to violating farms in Sulaibiya

The joint governmental committee tasked with overseeing the implementation of decisions to withdraw misused agricultural plots has started issuing warnings to several cattle farms in Sulaibiya for violations and failure to use the land for its intended purpose.
According to sources, the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fisheries Resources recently decided to withdraw 14 plots allocated for raising and grazing sheep after discovering that some were being used for other purposes.
Violations included converting plots into warehouses and factories and storing highly flammable materials, in direct breach of regulations.
The committee, comprising multiple government agencies, will ensure that owners vacate the plots within the specified timeframe and return them to the relevant authority.
