Municipality demolishes 51 illegal camps in ongoing inspection campaign
The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality announced that the field teams affiliate to the Cleaning and Road Occupancy Department continue to carry out intensive inspection campaigns to remove illegal camps, following the directives issued by the Minister of State for Municipal and Housing Affairs, Eng. Abdul Latif Al-Mishari.
Saad Al-Khureinej, Director of the Ahmadi Municipality branch, stated that the campaign resulted in the removal of 51 illegal camps, in addition to three chalets from the Ahmadi stables area, reports Al-Jarida daily.
He emphasized that supervisory teams will persist in their field efforts and apply all legal measures against violators without leniency.
Al-Khureinej urged the public to comply with regulations and municipal laws to avoid penalties.
