Road maintenance work nears completion in Al-Faiha
Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan said the Ministry is implementing new contracts for the comprehensive maintenance of road networks across the country, emphasizing adherence to technical standards and timely completion to enhance sustainability of infrastructure and traffic safety.
She noted that work teams in the Capital Governorate are currently executing Contract No. (8) – which involves laying the final (Type 3) road layer in Al-Faiha, Block 4, following the completion of Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 5.
Contract supervisor Eng. Abdulaziz Haider added the work is progressing according to schedule, under direct ministerial supervision to ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and the highest quality standards.
