Defense Minister visits Northern Military Medical Complex, reviews services
Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah visited the Northern Region Medical Directorate (Northern Military Medical Complex) on Wednesday, where he reviewed medical services, preventive programs, and advanced equipment.
In a ministry statement, Sheikh Abdullah affirmed the Defense Ministry’s commitment to developing the military medical sector in line with modern standards.
He praised the directorate’s staff for their humanitarian mission in serving the nation, military personnel, and their families.
During the visit, the Minister received a detailed briefing on the directorate’s role in enhancing healthcare efficiency and toured several facilities, including the dental department, medical records, and outpatient clinics.
He was accompanied by Defense Ministry Undersecretary Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mishal Al-Sabah.
