GTD announces partial road closures on Arabian Gulf Street

The General Traffic Department has announced scheduled maintenance works on Arabian Gulf Street that will require temporary closures.

From Thursday, September 25, to Sunday, September 28, the street will be closed in both directions between the Amiri Hospital intersection and the Seif Palace Roundabout, daily from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Additionally, beginning Monday, September 22, until Friday, November 21, 2025, the left lane and half of the middle lane will be closed along the stretch from the Amiri Hospital intersection toward the Kuwait Society of Engineers intersection to allow for extended maintenance work.

The department urged drivers to use alternative routes and cooperate with traffic authorities to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow during the maintenance period.
