KFF closes 85 establishments in Jahra citing safety violations
122 notices issued in during the campaign in the area

The Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) has administratively shut down 85 establishments and shops that posed risks due to non-compliance of fire safety and prevention standards and also issued 122 notices with a warning to rectify the violations.
This happened during a large-scale inspection campaign today morning in the Jahra Industrial Area expansion zone, which was organized in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Public Authority for Industry, and the Kuwait Municipality.
The campaign focused on identifying buildings and commercial facilities that violate the safety codes and fire prevention regulations, reports Al-Jarida daily.
