Criminal Court sets Sept 3 to look into Mutair case

The Criminal Court has set September 3 to hear the case of former MP Mohammed Al-Mutair, who is accused of insulting the Amir during a seminar.

Al-Mutairi had previously submitted a request to dismiss three judges from hearing the case before the Criminal Court, which referred it to the Chief Justice, who assigned it to the fourth circuit and the case will be looked into by a new judge, reports Al-Rai daily.
