Digital transformation

On the other hand, in accordance with the instructions of minister Al-Tabtabaei, all ministry transactions have been transitioned to the electronic system by completing the digital transformation of the remaining services. The Minister’s Office outlined the process for submitting transactions electronically in an explanatory bulletin.

The bulletin provided instructions for submission, starting by visiting the Ministry’s website, selecting “Administrative Services,” logging in through the “Identity” app or creating a new account, and then selecting “Submit a transaction in the service of the citizen.”

It was explained that after entering the application, the concerned individual can track their transaction via threeplatforms: the ministry’s electronic services website, the Easy app, or the Ministry of Education app.
