The Acting PM’s Office announced submission of grievances via ‘Sahel’ or ‘WhatsApp’

The office of the Acting Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior, H. E. Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, announced that citizens can submit complaints, comments and suggestions regarding the work of the ministries and government agencies affiliated with him, through the unified government application for electronic services ‘Sahel’ – ‘Tawasul Service’ feature.

Moreover communication regarding complaints, comments and suggestions can also be done via the ‘WhatsApp’ application only on the numbers provided: 99322080 or 94974139.

Importantly, the Acting Prime Minister’s Office issued a statement today, Wednesday, emphasizing that this procedure is part of its efforts to streamline the process in receiving complaints, comments, and suggestions.

Moreover, the office stated that it aims to ensure swift follow-up, immediate response, and effective solutions to these matters. Thereby, ultimately serving the public interest and facilitating citizens by offering them with the best services for completing transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
