“Affairs Ministry” achieves ‘ISO 9001 – 2024 Administrative Quality Control Certification’ across all departments

The Ministry of Social Affairs announced today, Tuesday, that it has obtained the ‘Administrative Quality Control Certificate ISO 9001 – 2024’ for all its departments.

In a press statement, the Ministry said that it is the ‘first ministry to obtain this certificate’ according to the latest version, which comes within the efforts of digital transformation and achieving strategic goals.

The Ministry explained that this achievement is due to implementation of the directives from the Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila, within the framework of the “Kuwait 2035” vision, which aims to enhance administrative governance and raise the level of services provided to citizens.

Furthermore, the Ministry pointed out that the administrative quality certificate granted in cooperation with ‘Royal Sirte Company’ will remain valid for three years.

Importantly, a team of internal auditors from the Ministry’s employees will be trained on periodic auditing procedures to ensure continuity of quality.

What’s more is the Ministry added that it also looks forward towards obtaining the ‘Institutional Excellence Certificate’ in the coming period.

Significantly, the Ministry confirmed about its continued commitment in achieving the highest quality standards in institutional performance, which is in accordance with the patronage and directives of the political leadership.
